Using Storytelling to Teach Life’s Toughest Lessons

Using Storytelling to Teach Life’s Toughest Lessons

A Clinical Psychologist’s Guide for Parents and Educators
Stories play a crucial role in the upbringing of our children. Children’s imagination is very powerful. Sometimes parents struggle to find stories appropriate to their value systems, especially when it comes to sensitive topics like separation, divorce, anger management, body safety, adoption, fostering and mental health. A tool to develop such stories would be very helpful for many parents/teachers/ mental health professionals. Reading stories to children and narrating them in a magical narrative style can make the process of learning simple and very effective.
I am looking forward to numzaarmagicalstories to create magical stories for my own children and my young clients. I am convinced that it will help me nurture the small souls Allah has entrusted me to take care of.
